I was just discussing this with a fellow health coach.  We talked about how there does not seem to be a unique detox strategy for breastfeeding moms.  You need to be sure that you are getting all of the vitamins and nutrients that you need while breastfeeding, and you do not want to detox too heavily, as this would not be good for you or for your baby.

I'd advise you to concentrate on eating whole, organic foods and cut out anything to which either you or your baby may be sensitive to.  Add in nutritious foods like organic fruits and vegetables and healthy proteins and aim to stay away from processed foods, sugar and its evil cousins, and low quality meats and proteins.
