I'm a teacher, and at the end of the week my team likes to go out for a drink. I don't know how to get through this!! I do so well during the week, but when we go out and everyone around me is pigging out on chips/salsa/queso, not to mention beer, margaritas, etc...I have a very hard time. I hate to be antisocial and skip this activity all together. Any suggestions??

Selzer water and lemon might work.  Try to separate being social from drinking and eating.  I know it's hard.  But you can still have a good time.  Luckily, I have not had a lot of extra activities during this time period.  But the few I do have, I plan ahead.  I also realize that the strict restrictions are temporary so I think "temporary delayed gratification".  And when all else fails, focus on your goals for the cleanse.
