Help! I'm a RN and need some suggestions for some vegetarian meals to take with me to work.

I need some ideas for some grab and go nutritious meals for work. I am a new vegetarian and my knowledge is aliitle limited. Need some help from you Pros!

The Sweet Potato Hummus is convenient, yummy and travels well! Regular hummus is great too! Just put in a cup size container with some pita traingles, crackers or grain of your choice.

put pita traingles in separate container of course.
I work in a grocery store, but take my lunch to work with me every day. Sometimes I have stir fried veggies with rice, sometimes I have wholewheat pasta tossed with pasta sauce and/or veggies. Sometimes I take some pre-cooked Yves veggie bacon, slices of tomato and lettuce and bread and assemble a BLT. I always throw some fruit and a granola bar in for a snack.
