how to find something other than water that works with the following

I don't like making excuses and I'm sure this will come across that way but this is what I'm up against:
--hypoglycemia
--wheat sensitivity bordering on allergy
--on blood thinners for A-fib in heart
--work 12-hour rotating shifts
--had recent knee surgery, which was causing problems since last July
--gained 40 lbs. from being sedentary, due to health problems

Hi Valerie - I personally don't have the expertise to answer this, but I have forwarded it on to our experts, I will follow up (or they will) when there is a response :)

Hey there,
I'm not positive if this will work but there is a powder ocean spray juice mix that has no added sugar or anything in it. I think it's like cranberry lemonade or something, my entire neighborhood loves it. It comes in a canister that is maybe six inches tall (please forgive if the measurment is off, it's about 15 till 5am) and has I think four or five small packages inside that make a full jug of juice.

Hope it can help some, keep me posted =]

I would definetely try adding salba to your diet, or eat the nutrition bars. I am not sure of the specifics on being hypoglycemic ( I am a celiac),so you should research a little bit. Salba is a superfood grain that is low-glycemic and gluten free. It is packed with nutrients such as Omega 3's, fiber, antioxidants and calcium. I am a big advocate for this product and passionate about it, as it has had a positive effect on my health. I am so sorry that you have had to struggle with these health issues. I think that you may find this product will help you.Take care.

My mom had knee surgery as well. We both enjoy drinking club soda with lemon juice. Take a fresh lemon, Cut it in half. squeeze the juice out of it. Add club soda.

Pretty decent dieuretic and it tastes good, too.

So what's the water about? Do you also have problems in water or what?
