I became obese, class 2 at that, in 3 years. My food intake now has just been the same as 3 years ago..the only difference is that I have lesser physical activities now. I have been working nights for the last 4 years and do not have a regular sleeping schedule. I'm turning 27 next month and am not getting any younger. I had my annual physical exam last month and my blood pressure and and sugar level is normal. - I want to do something with my weight issue before it is too late. I want to live a healthier life. I'd like to start off by brisk walking regularly then transition to jogging and maybe even running, if I can. I'm also looking into taking yoga and/ pilates classes once I manage to loose weight.
--Would anyone have recipes for a healthy diet to share with ingredients that do not cost much? I live in a 3rd world country, we basically have a full carb diet. Also, what would be a good pair of shoes to invest in for jogging? I have 9 D feet and shoes here do not really come in big sizes.
