Skin and Hair care for a diver

My brother is a scuba diving instructor in Florida and actually is in the ocean waters everyday.  Is there some skin care or hair care products that I can get him to help keep his skin and hair in good condition?  He's in a diving suit and under the oxygen tanks as well, but being in the salt water all the time I'm wondering if there is something that I can get him.
