Hello all.
I'm hoping I can get some direction please. I have the magazine, and have been printing things about the 21-day detox before I started today. Now I see this category is the 28 day, so I guess my first confusion is that I thought it was a 3 week plan.
Now this morning I was looking through your discussion boards and I realize I am totally confused on what is avoided the first week, second, etc. It seems that different places on the website say different things.
My husband and I started today with all fruits and vegetables, nuts and seeds. I thought we do this for four days and then add back in something. Elsewhere I also saw that 4 days are supposed to be liquid only.
Is there a link with the breakdown in one spot?
