I did my first tri last fall and was hooked pretty quickly. This season my goal is to do a sprint every month. June was too cold but I did one in July and I'm signed up for an all women's sprint at the end of August and the same one I did last year in September. All tris I do are in CT. Swimming is my worst discipline but I was able to improve over the winter. I stay in the back of the pack and noticed I pass quite a few on the bike and even more on the run! Running is definitely my strongest discipline and I do well after warming up on the bike.
