Vegetarians may eat eggs dairy and fish, but vegans do not; they only eat plant-based foods. It's hard to be the latter when eating out, but it can be a fun challenge to find recipes that work and restaurants to eat at. Healthy eating

Two years ago  my cholesterol was 203. My doctor suggested I read a book by a cardiologist from Cleveland Health Clinic. I eagerly started eating vegan & exercising. In 4 months my cholesterol was 112.  I did this for health reasons, not weight, but one day realized my clothes were loose. My weight went from 185 to 140 and I have maintained that by eating consistently vegan. I'm 73, & 50 years ago my OB/GYN for first-born told me "no milk". Deborah Madison has an amazing cookbook entitled Vegetable Soups that are vegetarian and would lend themselves to being pureed. I use this a lot for my family and they love it! Enjoy!

Hello! I just bought a Breville, juicer/extractor. I really like it and us it almost every day. The only thing is that I should have choosen one with multiple speeds. Don't know if it's available in the US. Good luck in your search.
