Hello,
I really enjoy Kate Potter's Namaste Yoga series. I currently practice in my home.

I've never heard of her. What type of yoga is it? Gentle enough for someone getting back on her feet after surgery?

I would suggest Yoga Zone Essentials, some of the Namaste series is gentle and some is more advanced. hope this is helpful. :)

I would love some suggestions on DVD'sfor home that are challenging but 30 min or under. I only have so much time most days and dont end up doing yoga either because the DVD is to long, or not challenging enough.. very frustrating!

I have become a big fan of Yoga Download. They are primarily audio programs but there are some videos, too. They are cheap (most are less than $5, many short programs are free) and are available in a wide range of yoga styles/abilities. Also, they come in different lengths which is awesome for those mornings when you only can squeeze in 20 minutes of yoga before starting the day.

Has anyone tried www.yogatoday.com? they have a free yoga video every week, or you can become a member and get unlimited access to all of their videos (~200 with a variety of styles and levels)... I've been using them since the new year and have really enjoyed the videos. Also, if you look them up on youtube, they have some shorter, pose-specific practices that look pretty good too.
