"Hi Liane. Congratulations on the new house and weight loss! Stay motivated and you'll make it to your goal! One of the best things I've done for my hair is increase the amount of healthy fats that I eat. Avocados are amazing, same with…"
Here's a little sweetness for your weekend. This is one of those I-can’t-believe-this-is-so-good-for-me smoothies that reminds me of my favourite apple desserts (hold the fat and sugar and bring on the fiber!).1 apple, diced (leaved the skin on for extra fiber)¼ cup unsweetened organic apple sauce½ cup almond milk2 tbsp…See More
Hello friends! Would you believe I’ve just recently discovered figs? I’ve always associated them with my least favourite, the dreaded Fig Newton. One beautiful Saturday, while shopping at our local fruit and veggie market, I decided what the heck, I’m buying figs! I’ve since enjoyed them many times and in many ways (although mostly…See More
Has anyone tried this recipe from the October issue of Whole Living? The butternut squash, apple and hazelnut muffins look fantastic and also happen to be gluten-free. While I haven't had any problems with wheat or gluten in…See More
Although we all love starting our day with a glass of goodness and just can't imagine a day without one (gasp! the horror!), I'm sure there's some of us out there who crave something a bit more solid... a muffin perhaps. Unfortunately, muffs are loaded with fat, sugar and who knows what else, so they…See More

Greetings from the Tampa Bay :) My name is Lea, and I am the author of the Mother Baby Child Blog - http://motherbabychildblog.com. I started this blog to share my experience in having a baby just before my 1st son was about to turn 18 years old, as well as what life is like as a married mom after being single for so many years. I also blog about Christianity, baby and child stages, homeschooling, ADHD, Autism, Blog Marketing, etc. I share a lot on that blog during the non-summer seasons.
I also have a new healthy lifestyle and 90 day weight loss challenge blog - http://www.loseweightgethealthyfeelgreat.com - to accompany my Skinny Body business. I am working hard to complete the design of this new blog, so that I can provide valuable health and linformation, as well as my experience with our 90 day weight loss challenge. I gained quite a bit with this last baby, so I am struggling along with it. The plus is that we have gone all natural / organic foods and started an organic garden. It's lots of fun for the family, plus it's awesome to provide the children with food that I know is pesticide free.
I invite you to explore my blogs and provide your feedback.
Now that my baby is older, I have more time to meet more people that are genuinely interested in being as healthy as they can be. I am really excited about this!
