I am an animal lover. I consider them my friends...and I don't eat my friends. I was a lacto-ovo vegetarian for 39 years before I realized the horrors of the dairy and egg businesses. I've been a vegan for 2-1/2 years now. My health is the best ever and I really enjoy my food now :)Once I started concentrating on "whole" foods, my weight dropped to my Air Force 1976 weight! So easy!See More
