How are most of your meals prepared?: I cook for two, I cook for myself

What’s your proudest health-related accomplishment?: First off I graduated as a Holistic Health Counselor - yay! Next I was able to over come a 'woman's issue' by following a very clean all natural diet - which has now become a lifestyle. My new eating habits and crazy work out schedule are allowing me to finally chip away at this last 10 lbs that has been crazy glued to me for the last 10 years!!!!! I have gone almost vegetarian and it is amazing how much better I feel and look!!!!!! I have many more accomplishments to achieve but this is a great start!

What's Your Whole Living Goal?: Besides using my growing health knowledge to help whomever I can be it myself, friends, family and clients I intend to start a business outside of my counseling that I believe can change the health of this country....stay tuned!!!
