Happy

I am happy I started the Action Plan. As I said in the beginning I am not a Blogger(actually my weakest area in this) but I didn't feel alone in going thru this process. I learned a lot and started a lot and for the first time I honestly believe that taking the steps I can finish. I am truly excited as I widen my perspective on being healthy with my love for food. I don't dred the idea of working out since I do it as an activity/hobby that I can do with the feet of snow outside. I have already…See More

Hmmmmmm...

In reading these post I hope the "disappointments and failures" are out of our vocabulary as we get past this detox bump and start focusing on the "WHOLE ACTION PLAN" including the fitness and stresses. WE CAN DO THIS! Babysteps are better than nothing and eventually the steps will get stronger.

I am 33 and the biggest A HA! moment that I have had was that I need to do the "ME, MYSELF and I" check. No one else will or can.

We Can Do This

Pushing Foward! I struggled with the family not cooperating...aware I am on my own doing this for myself. The remarks, the snacking, and the struggle for attention as I was doing Yoga (too cold/dark for walk). I did it and think the cooperation will come around as they realize I am doing this for me no matter what. Did ok with the food and will as long as I take my time and not push too hard. Fearing the boredom (not a fan of salads+ at all) will lead to me skipping a meal rather than looking…See More

Nervous...

Hi my name is Donna. I am not a Blogger or very sociable at all. I have my circle and like the comfort of that. My 2010 resolution is to step away from who I am, since it is not working in the past years, and try and stick to a few changes that I need to make. One of them being... Monthly I start a workout and fade by the end...same goes with my diet. I love cooking and food so the healthy starts and then fades as I crave the taste by the end of the month. I am a single mother that works and…See More

Hello Donna, thanks for inviting me in your friends' group. I live in France, which is why I don't write perfectly English.
I took quite a close 2010 resolution as yours: moving a step forward to be who I feel I am deep inside, that is to stay assume to let habits and even people behind, concentrate on what I want to achieve and stop giving my energy to nonsense projects.

I leave for Paris today, going back to the place I'd been living for 18 years and meet some of ;y best friends. I have a 5 hours trip by train, perfect to be just inside me and write.

Keep in touch!

Delphine
