Two weeks in...

I'm trying my best to follow everything, but I find that you need time to do everything. Where does the time go? Being a teacher, I am constantly giving everything to everyone else, and never seem to give anything or save anything for me. which leads me to why i probably do not have the time to fully prepare meals, or figure out a way to increase the amount of fruits and vegetables I eat everyday. This week, I am going to focus on increasing the amount of green in my diet. Here's hopin!See More

Day Four

Today is the fourth day of the detox...part of me would love to keep up this healthy behavior, and yet a part of me would love to eat a hamburger. However, while doing this detox I have started to think about my eating habits and realize how much of my eating is based on my moods. Happy? Go out to eat. Sad? Eat what's easy. Depressed?
