Boarding School

OK so maybe this is a hard thing for someone like me, who doesn't cook for herself. But I think I am doing OK under the circumstances. Like if the only vegetables they have in Dining hall is vegetarian lasagna and the only fish is fried clams, at least I'm doing my best. I've been drinking odwalla smoothies. Epic fail

OK so today was... as you may have guessed, an epic fail. I ate dairy and meat and sugar and wheat and a bunch of other stuff that I'm not supposed to while I'm getting ready for a detox. I'm OK with this because it is only my first day. I think that once I get back to where I live for most of the year, I will be better because I have more control over what I eat there (right now I'm at my mother's house.)XOXO HannahSee More

GOALS!

This is my first day as part of the community and I am now trying to get set up online. I used all of the calculators and what not and here are the results I received:1808 caloriesper day. That way, you will lose approximately 1 lb. per week, as 1 lb. of fat equals about 3,500 calories.
