I enjoy reading, cooking, gardening, walking along the beach and through the bush. I love to socialise with my friends - to cook them lovely meals and host events. But my favourite thing of all is chilling out wherever with my children and my dog.

What’s your proudest health-related accomplishment?
I have been walking everyday for 5km for the last four years. At one stage I even did 18months of gym with that, but it was difficult to get to the gym so I just went back to my early morning walks where I can commune with nature as well as destress and get fit.
What's Your Whole Living Goal?
To be at optimal mental, spiritual and physical health, and to be a good role model for my four children.
