What’s your proudest health-related accomplishment?
Raising healthy children that have a strong immune system and balanced temperament. Keeping my oldest son healthy with good nutrition which has decreased his facial tumor and eliminated constant infections, is by far the best accomplishment.
What's Your Whole Living Goal?
Whole Living is a lifestyle, to me it means eating healthy, exercising, and following a non-toxic life for the rest of my life. My goal is to age healthily and live a long and healthy life.
