Nearing the end!

I'm actually kind of sad to see this end, but I know it really isn't going to end, because I plan on keeping with most of the ideas that were part of the plan! I definitely would like to keep up with all the various smoothies for dinner. As for breakfast, maybe I will include a little more food but I definitely find that at night, I am way less hungry, so I'd rather just have a smoothie then.I've seen my weight drop from about 142 lbs to about 135 lbs. Day 21

I can't believe its been 3 weeks already! Fhew, they flew by!Last night, I had something unthinkable to me now - beef tenderloin fried in oil, white potatoes and some white (gasp!) bread...It all tasted pretty good going down, but within an hour - my stomach felt AWFUL! It's amazing how 3 weeks can change you! I truly felt so sick! I will definitely steer clear of beef, potatoes + white bread - there's nothing to them and they don't taste that good any ways.Today, I felt much better because of…See More

Day 19 & 20

Had a pretty great weekend, a couple slip ups, but again, its the weekend and I need to allow for a little bit of bad foods. Friday was a good day, I had really great meals up until dinner, where I had some pizza and some movie popcorn. But I was also at a waterslide so I probably worked it off, and I also exercised in the morning. Saturday, I spent walking all day, completing errands and my food choices were really good all day! Day 17 & 18

Well, I have to say thank you to all those you replied to my desperation over the past few days.I am happy to say that I am back on track and feeling better! I am also happy to say that I am feelign a hundred times better then the rest of the week and that my weight is down to 134! Day 16 - Completely fallen off!

Arg....that's all I have to say about this week so far.Breakfast - SmoothieLunch - 1/2 chicken breast,1/2 c brown rice, carrots + celerySnack - cadbury creme egg :(Dinner - green drinkLast night I had several scoops of haagen dazs, some french fries and popcorn - NOOOOO!! I also ended up getting a bladder infection - maybe due to the increased alkalinity of my diet? My stomach is now so overbloated because of all the water I have to drink to get rid of the infection...All in all, a real crummy…See More

Day 12 - Moderation is key!

Hello all!Had a pretty good today, all around.
