I just read your butternut squash and roasted garlic soup recipe. It sounds delicious and I'm rushing to the grocery store now to pick up the ingredients. Its a dreary February day where I live so this soup will be a great pick me up!

It seems as though last year the cleanse "reintroduced" dairy, soy, etc in week 2.

was there a specific reintroduction process?

i had cod last night, based on a recipe from last year.  i am going rogue and hybridding the two plans..however, they seem so contradictory.

thoughts?

Thanks for commenting on my blog for Day 15.  I couldn't find the link you mentioned for comparing squash varieties.  Could you find and send that to me?  Thanks for your advice but I don't know what squash would have a thinner skin, more like Delicata, hence the request for the link you mentioned.

Congratulations on your success, dropping a few stubborn lbs.  I've been pleased with similar results my self on this 28-Day Action Plan.  Look forward to seeing you around the community again, whenever our paths cross.
