At 57 years old, my weight is the same as it was when I was 25. I am energetic and youthful

What's Your Whole Living Goal?

Eating healthy and exercising when I travel for work which is weekly. I am assigned hotel and few have refrigerators or are close to grocery stores.

I would like to reduce my drinking considerably while still enjoying the company of the people I work with.
