Thanks so much for your thoughts, Kelli.  I constantly have to remind myself to do so but setting aside time for myself enables me to not have so much a work-life balance as one of life-work.  Putting life and all of its gifts first helps me to work more productively and strategically but to also know when it's "me" time.  Thank you again for your comment to my post.
