I was able to lose 10 pounds, lower my cholesterol naturally, and stick with the weight loss in my 40's for about 3 years so far.
What's Your Whole Living Goal?
My goal is to reduce the amount of sugar in my diet and to put back into my life a daily meditation and pranayama practice.
