What’s your proudest health-related accomplishment?
I worked out with a personal trainer for a year and a half. I dropped the 15 pounds I put on while undergoing fertility treatments for 6 years. I toned my body, dropped the weight I wanted to, felt strong and had plenty of energy.
What's Your Whole Living Goal?
I mentioned my hobbies and activities above. My biggest problem is prioritizing the time to exercise. My son is almost 2 1/5, so I hope it will get easier. My goal is to make exercise a regular part of my life by exercising 3-4 times/week. My second goal is to lose 10 pounds.
