hungry but happy
happy to be starting something like this that I think i can stick with. Tired of saying i'll stop eating sugar, then having a snickers after lunch. i need this type of plan to keep me going.juice for breakfast is hard...need to make one of the more substantial smoothies instead.going off coffee is easy if you take lots of vitamin c, which is a detoxifier. learned that from my naturopath brother.See More
