This Sunday I will put into action years of clinical case studies and research by myself and others to help people from around the world take a Quantum Leap in their lives.  If you are a change agent ready to leap, join the collective...not sure that you are up for the journey quiet yet? No worries, we all will get to where it is that our adventure is set to take us in perfect accord.  A simple equation to use in…See More

Keep it Simple

We are getting ready to move from Atlanta GA to Dallas TX and this is a BIG undertaking.  The idea of uprooting mid life can seem overwhelming at times but it is also invigorating and absolutely exciting.  So how do I do it, I wonder as I look around my house? I think back to a saying my mother used to share to find the answer; "How…See More

Be Remarkably YOU

Mon, 18th July, 2011Today I was reading a book by Seth Godin, the Big MOO and he shared this thought;"Those who fit in now, won't stand out later". This jumped off the page and really spoke to me. The concept goes against how we are programmed from birth. Think about it, since we are little we are told to follow the rules, do as we are told and be good boys and girls. Seldom is individuality celebrated in fact it is often quick to be judged and criticized.…See More

Life, What Do You Make of It?

It is said that life is what we make of it.  This past weekend I had the opportunity to share in a symposium experience with one of today's scientific leaders,Bruce Lipton who brought a contemporary scientific understanding to humanities evolution and the bigger picture of what in fact we are making of life.…See More

Living with Inner Conviction...Day 12

Living with Inner Conviction...Day 12 of my 81 day journey with the TaoVerse 12.The five colors blind the eye.  The five tones deafen the ear.  The five flavors dull the taste. The chase and the hunt craze people's minds.Wasting energy to obtain rare objects only impedes one's growth. The master observes the world but trusts his inner vision.  He allows things to come and go.  He prefers what is within to what is without... We can all too easily spend a lifetime living for what is outside of…See More

Living Beyond Ego

Living Beyond Ego... Post 7 on my 81 day journey of living the TaoVerse 7Heaven is eternal-the earth endures.  Why do heaven and earth last forever? They do not live for themselves only.  This is the secret of their durability. For this reason the sage puts himself last and so puts himself last and so ends up ahead. He stays a witness to life, do he endures.Serve the needs of others, and all your own needs will be fulfilled.Through selfless action, fulfillment is attained. Wayne Dyer reminds the…See More

Living Impartially

Living ImpartiallyVerse 5Heaven and earth are impartial; they see the 10,000 things as straw daogs. The sage is not sentimental; he treats all his people as straw dogs. The sage is like heaven and earth: to him none are especially dear, nor is here anyone he disfavors. He gives and gives, without condition, offering his treasures to everyone.Between heaven and earth is a space like the bellows; empty and inexhaustible, the more it is used, the more it produces.Hold on to the center. Man was made…See More

Good morning Melissa,

It's great to have friends who enjoy the same lifestyle.  I sometimes find it difficult when family/friends don't understand my way of life.  I exercise a lot...not too much but 1-2 hours 4-5 times a week...run, bike, swim, wts, yoga...I need to eat well, not drink, and need sleep/rest...it is what makes me happy and gives me the strength I need emotionally to be the happy, loving, enlightened person I want to be.
