"Well, for improving you swimming speed you need to get strong arms and shoulder muscles. Hence you should do some endurance training and improve your stamina. I do like swimming in pool not in ocean. I am not a regular swimmer but do swimming at…"

"Hi Nancy - We do a lot of car camping, and I enjoy cooking over the fire. To do that, I use foil packets - but that tends to be the only garbage and it's easy clean-up. Recently we did fajitas - we cooked the chicken in a foil packet, the…"

"Thanks, Plexy! Sounds like a great snack. One of the benefits of car camping is that we have the luxury of making full meals, so I'm looking for creative meal ideas. Thanks for the snack idea!"

My family and I try to go camping at least three or four times during the camping season here in the Northeast, between Memorial Day weekend and Columbus Day weekend. Our goal this season is to reduce the amount of garbage we produce at the campsite. So, this means preparing meals at home and repacking food into reusable containers. We can't always throw scraps into the fire pit, because of bears! What are some of your favorite meals to make for camping trips?  See More

Greetings from the Tampa Bay :) My name is Lea, and I am the author of the Mother Baby Child Blog - http://motherbabychildblog.com. I started this blog to share my experience in having a baby just before my 1st son was about to turn 18 years old, as well as what life is like as a married mom after being single for so many years. I also blog about Christianity, baby and child stages, homeschooling, ADHD, Autism, Blog Marketing, etc. I share a lot on that blog during the non-summer seasons.

I also have a new healthy lifestyle and 90 day weight loss challenge blog -http://www.loseweightgethealthyfeelgreat.com - to accompany my Skinny Body business. I am working hard to complete the design of this new blog, so that I can provide valuable health and linformation, as well as my experience with our 90 day weight loss challenge. I gained quite a bit with this last baby, so I am struggling along with it. The plus is that we have gone all natural / organic foods and started an organic garden. It's lots of fun for the family, plus it's awesome to provide the children with food that I know is pesticide free.

I invite you to explore my blogs and provide your feedback.

Now that my baby is older, I have more time to meet more people that are genuinely interested in being as healthy as they can be. I am really excited about this!

I look forward to networking with you :)

Hugs & Blessings!
