1 Pinch of Salt, add, mix until everything is light
1/2 Lemon, grind peel into it
1/2 Tbsp Cinnamon
1 Knife Point Clove Powder
0.44lbs/200g Grounded Nuts, add, mix
0.44lbs/200g Flour, add, mix. Use 2/3 of dough for bottom of form, bring edges up a little

1/2 Tsp Salt
2 Tbsp Sugar, add
1.7oz/50g Soft Butter, add
0.5oz/15g Yeast
7oz/2dl Whole Milk, dissolve yeast in, if using dry yeast, just add the milk and yeast separately into mix
1 Egg, add, start mixing the flour with the fluid with the fluid from the middle in until it is smooth, let rest covered at warm spot for about 1 hour until it raises about the double.
