What’s your proudest health-related accomplishment?
I have begun to eat/drink healthy shakes in the morning that include protein, at least 2 fruits and 1 green leafy veggie. I started this last week and have already lost 3 pounds. This week I began drinking half my weight in water each day.
What's Your Whole Living Goal?
To lose 75-85 pounds by this time next year. I want to lose the first 50 by my 45th birthday in July. I want to also feel healthier mind/body/spirit. I believe that in the past I paid more attention to body when losing weight and did not include mind/spirit which led to weight coming back on.
