Building on where I am.
I am so excited about this challenge. I was going to do one of the magazines detox plans on my 10 day vacation but why not start out earlier and with more guidance. I'm scared of the recipes for smoothies and soups. I like all foods but not blended all together. Hmmm...I might try some and buy some.
