Whole Body Action Plan Week 2

I had a good week 2 and am so excited about this program because I feel better and feel like I am finally taking the steps to do something good for me. I am exercising daily and really loved the breathing exercises because now when I get stressed or overwelmed I just tell myself to breathe and take a minute timeout. Whole Body Action Plan Week 1

Week 1 of the Whole Body Action is done and I really feel like I am taking care of myself by doing this and I feel great. It was a little tough in the beginnning to steer away from some of my whole grain foods and breads, but I have been able to find a lot of new favorites such as almond butter and the energy smoothie. Whole Body Plan

I am feeling great during this Whole Body Plan detox. I am vegetarian, so I am used to eating a lot of fruits and vegetables, but I love learning new recipes and how to add a little zest to my daily diet.
