Week 1 of the Whole Body Action is done and I really feel like I am taking care of myself by doing this and I feel great. It was a little tough in the beginnning to steer away from some of my whole grain foods and breads, but I have been able to find a lot of new favorites such as almond butter and the energy smoothie.
