I hear people discussing the reason behind not exercising or eating healthy, and the root is always the same - there's just not enough time. Life is moving too fast to take the time to get to the gym, to spend a lunch hour on a long walk, and there's certainly not enough time to spend 45 minutes in the kitchen preparing dinner each night.

Tonight's dinner was inspired by a Martha Stewart video podcast I watched yesterday. I try to not give unsolicited advice unless is truly comes from a place of love - meaning unless I feel that I can actually help the person with my words, I keep my opinions to myself.
Do you ever find yourself knowing you could help someone with a challenge they face in life, but offering the help would mean acknowledging that you feel they have a problem? What do you do?

I seem to struggle a lot these days with fear. It's annoying, because I can remember a time when I was younger and never considered the possibility of failure or looking stupid or anything else that is at the root of fear.
