As I shared earlier in the week, it's been a challenging time for me with regard to our marathon training. I've had to push pause on my training due to some tightness and inflammation of the tendons around my left knee. I've struggled a bit this year with pain - during and after runs, namely. It's been frustrating and I've had to take more time off than I wanted over the last six months. It's a terrible feeling to have the desire to run and to find yourself sidelined by a potential injury.
