What's Your Whole Living Goal?
I would like to lose 15 pounds over the next two or three months; and get in teh habit of not eating my weakness foods (potato chips, french fries, white bread) and stick to a whole-grain, vegetarian-centric diet...all whileworking out at least 6 days a week.
