What’s your proudest health-related accomplishment?

I walked a total of 7 miles a day 2 summers ago to get to wok and back. Wasn't able to do it as much last summer due to construction, but all will be clear this summer. Yeah, more sidewalks! It can be somewhat dangerous walking without sidewalks.

What's Your Whole Living Goal?

Not to be a slave to junk food, feel better and more joyful and set a good example for my children and live a happy and productive life as long as I can!
