Quick Kitchen Tips #7 - Protecting Your Pie Rim

http://virtuallyhomemade.blogspot.com I thought some quick tips for baking successful pies would be appropriate as we head into Thanksgiving week.  I can't even begin to tell you how many clever ideas Cook's Illustrated has compiled for pies, all to help you make the perfect pumpkin treat. The fluted edge on a pie can burn in the oven because it is so exposed.  Instead of piecing together strips of foil to fashion a protective…See More

Spinach Pepita (pumpkin seed) Pesto

Popeye knew his veggies.  Spinach is one of the most nutrient dense vegetables you can find.  The dark green color just shouts healthy.  Throughout the years it’s been known for its iron content.  However, spinach packs a healthy punch of numerous vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and omega three fatty acids.Specifically, this leafy…See More

Lea @ Mother Baby Child & Weight Loss Help

At 1:16pm on August 29, 2012, Lea said…

Greetings from the Tampa Bay :) My name is Lea, and I am the author of the Mother Baby Child Blog - http://motherbabychildblog.com. I started this blog to share my experience in having a baby just before my 1st son was about to turn 18 years old, as well as what life is like as a married mom after being single for so many years. I also blog about Christianity, baby and child stages, homeschooling, ADHD, Autism, Blog Marketing, etc. I share a lot on that blog during the non-summer seasons.

I also have a new healthy lifestyle and 90 day weight loss challenge blog - http://www.loseweightgethealthyfeelgreat.com - to accompany my Skinny Body business. I am working hard to complete the design of this new blog, so that I can provide valuable health and linformation, as well as my experience with our 90 day weight loss challenge. I gained quite a bit with this last baby, so I am struggling along with it. The plus is that we have gone all natural / organic foods and started an organic garden. It's lots of fun for the family, plus it's awesome to provide the children with food that I know is pesticide free.

I invite you to explore my blogs and provide your feedback.

Now that my baby is older, I have more time to meet more people that are genuinely interested in being as healthy as they can be. I am really excited about this!

I look forward to networking with you :)

Hugs & Blessings!
