
Here's a little sweetness for your weekend. This is one of those I-can’t-believe-this-is-so-good-for-me smoothies that reminds me of my favourite apple desserts (hold the fat and sugar and bring on the fiber!).
1 apple, diced (leaved the skin on for extra fiber)
¼ cup unsweetened organic apple sauce
½ cup almond milk
1 generous dash of cinnamon
