I'm the youngest of five. Three of my siblings are sisters. All three are diabetics. I do not want to be the 4th so I'm determined to take charge of my health this year. I've always loved reading about nutrition and preventative medicine. What I haven't always done was the consistent follow through.
This year, I've created a document with goals to be printed out weekly. I will place a copy of this in a spot in my home where I have no choice but to be reminded of thse goals.
I've been devising my plan this week while I have a break from teaching. So here we go.....
