Hi there,
I'm wondering if there is anyone planning to start the 10 Day Reboot featured in June's issue?
I'm still doing pretty well with my exercise since the 28-Day Challenge in January, but I'm drinking way too much coffee and feeling exhausted at night.
If you are looking to buddy up for success with the Reboot, let me know!

Comment by Deborah Hart Yemm on June 2, 2011 at 4:21pm I'm going to be running a bit behind you all, starting Sat Jun 4th. I'm working up my grocery list for tomorrow now; and thankfully, the website's diet menu's are working flawlessly today.
One of the things that I love about Whole Living magazine and this community, is not only do they encourage really healthy and interesting, plant-based, nutritious foods but I learned alot about foods and spices I was not familiar with, last January. And having the on-line support of the community members who are doing these transformational efforts together is a blessing on which I would never be able to place a value, since it is truly priceless.
I'm excited !! and I will follow along those of you here, if you have blog posts or comments on other's blogs, as though we were on the very same day of the 10-Day Reboot plan. Isn't that also just one of the most amazing blessings of our connected, high-tech world ? - we can even time-shift, on the fly !!
Wishing you all, whatever success motivates you, to spend 10 days at this. For me, it is reigning in out-of-control eating, maybe losing 5 lbs; and getting back to healthy choices. I found my "tastes" in food changed, during the longer January Action Plan, to actually CRAVE more vegetables and diversity in my diet. I was in a bit of a boring slump, before that.

The recipes for the first couple of days looked like the ones that I remember from week one of the 28-day challenge.
Carolyn - congrats on your graduation! Celebrating those milestones is important. I'm sure you will have no trouble reigning it back in.
For me, the toughest part of the challenge is not to skip the "Mind" part of the challenge. I tend to not do the journaling exercises & instead think of things in my head vs. writing them down. I know that is cheating, so I am determined to stick with it this time. You guys have to keep me honest!!
Good luck!

Comment by Deborah Hart Yemm on May 30, 2011 at 7:38pm Hi Karen,
I am. I had great success with the 28-Day Action Plan. I lost 10 lbs and have kept it off for 4 mos now.
I hope to start the Reboot on June 4th, because I will be in St Louis on the 3rd and can buy what I need at Whole Foods and another upscale grocer there (I live in rural wilderness and the local stores have a dismal selection for these diets).
I guess I'll be just behind the rest of you all here.
I hope to maybe push down another 5 lbs in 10 days or at least reign in my eating from abandon since Easter; and through my birthday just last Friday.
BTW I was trying to work on the grocery list but I can't get the Reboot pages to load. I hope it's just a temporary glitch. I only was able to get Day 1 up. Could not even get Day 2. The site is very boggy for me, re the Reboot plan. Anyway, I have a few more days to get it together. Hopefully, whatevers not quite up to speed, will get corrected with the return to work tomorrow.
