Holy smokes my stomach hates me! On this detox, you eliminate some foods, like dairy. I have been eating all natural foods, no processed foods etc. This past weekend I ate all of that. My stomach is still upset from it. I need to get back on track. So I think I am going to go back to week one of the detox. No, I don't think, I know I am going to. This just shows me what a difference that food has on you body. Did I feel like this before??? I really can't remember. But I dont' want to feel like that again.

I think the trick is to add things back gradually, waiting a few days or a week before adding another so that you can know which foods make you feel yucky.  But yeah I definitely feel like crap when I eat crap and I prefer to not feel like crap.
