Well I really am. I can't stand the fruitless running-in-place on a treadmill like a hamster boredom anymore. So I gave up my costly gym membership (If I go twice a month, is it really worth it?) and am in search of new and creative ways to workout. I used to be a ballet dancer eons ago, so I love classes with lots of sweaty people, its really gets the momentum going. I also recently saw Whip It and have become obsessed all over again (last was when I was 12) with roller derby. I mean, look at these
girls, they totally kick ass! Except being kinda fragile, small-framed and a big wus, I'll go for skating around the park near my house this summer. Im kind of excited about this new venture...
Here are my new skates, I'm gonna rock out this summer (and hopefully stay in one piece. Helmets and padding NOT optional, of course!)
Does anyone out there have any different types of workouts besides the
gym that they love or anything new they've discovered? I keep hearing about these zumba classes...(?)
