The day started with steel cut oats and mixed berries from the freezer. Nothing exciting but it kept me full for 4 hours.
I half assed the 4 fitness tests and did average on the cardio but fucking BOMBED the strength and flexiblity. On the up side, I am pretty pleased with myself because I didn't watch tv or surf the web this morning (i start work at 12). I walked most of the way to work and was productive and focused in the office. I made a huge and delicious salad, but found myself feeling hungry after a few hours. The office kitchen was full of tempting goodies- peanut butter cups and mini cupcakes but I resisted and told my coworkers that I was dieting. I got home starving and had a kiwi fruit and made wild rice, chicken and veg stir fry (but used regular soy sauce FAIL). I also prepped some lunch nosh for the week. I'm a little hungry right now... maybe time for sleep.
I'm switching to the detox diet tomorrow and I'm really nervous. Switching to liquid will be tricky. I gaurantee that I'll go crazy on the raw veggies and fruit for snacks.
Goals for tomorrow
Liquid breakfast and dinner
raw veg snacks
1/2 hour of walking
