Wow, I made it through my entire day!
Since I started after my morning coffee, I think I did a good job! I had the almond crusted chicken for lunch, definitely a new favorite! Then I had some white tea to curve the hunger while at work. For dinner I had the avocado pineapple soup. Another new favorite! I was able to get most ingredients for 14 dollars. Not bad at all! I found these dried mango, while chili powder seasoning...not sure if they are allowed,nut I can't find anything that says I can't have them. They are perfect for a little snack! I am just super excited I made it through the fist day! I felt a little hungry here and there...but overall, It was not too bad! I need to remember, it is OK to be hungry...it wont kill me! I need to shrink my stomach!! That is one of my biggest problems! I eat WAY to much!!! Overall today was good! Tomorrow here I come!
