ok, yesterday was ok. I did alright as far as eating, but then I have such a hard time with coffee. Today I blew it and ate toast and had a coke. But, it's weird, it didn't taste good. So I am making a list of food to buy so that I am prepared for tomorrow for breakfast, my hardest meal to do right. I hope that this time around it works. I am tired of being sluggish and unhealthy and unhappy. Time to change!
