Okay so I did pretty good with food yesterday and so far so good for today. I did give up coffee (with swiss miss in it) and have been drinking a warm cup of green tea instead. Not as good, but it's the ritual thing in the morning. I did the fitness test yesterday and don't really want to talk about that. I am sooo.. out of shape! The one good part of that is my heart rate was in the average range. :) I really want to get strong and healthy on this program and beyond. My doctor ND, tells me I am in no condition to exercise so I'm not sure what all I can do except for walk. I did do that today. Must have been 4 miles at least or it felt like it. Took my dogs out individually and walked for over an hour. I am going to start seeing a physical therapist to work out all these knots in my muscles called trigger points. Man are they painful. Anyway, that's why it's hard to do any muscle strength type work outs as it totally kills! I will keep on walking for now. Plan to go grocery shopping in just a bit to get all the yummy items I need to do the cleanse. Hope I can make it through that portion of this. Giving up sugar is harder than one thinks. It's in almost everything! Anyone else get hungry just talking about this stuff! Must be snack time.
