Was excited to tackle the weight machines today for the first time in my life. Still a little leery that I'm going to beef up like Arnold, but I think as long as I keep incorporating the cardio I'll be all set. Today felt a little sleepy in the AM but I had at least 7 hours of sleep last night. Tonight we're pullin' for the solid 8.

Breakfast Herbal Black Chai Tea (no milk or anything crazy like that), half a grapefruit, a banana, and small handful of almonds. I know nanners are on the no-no list, but I'm not going to let them rot in my fridge so I'm eating them. Booyah.

keep the weights on the lighter side (but not too light!) and you'll tone without looking like the governator. (and i say go ahead and eat those bananas, i have some clementines that i'm not about to waste even though oranges are off-limits!)
