Ok, well I have done 3 out of the 4 tests so far. I scored good on the cardio with a heart rate of 100. I scored good on the arm strength doing 37 push-ups. I scored average on the flexibility with +3.5 inches. I haven't done the core test yet because to be honest my arms are completely shot from the push up test.
I had a peanut butter and banana sandwich for breakfast, it was yummy. I had a granola bar for lunch, and miso soup, ginger tea, and pumpkin pie for dinner. I know the pumpkin pie is cheating, but I consider pumpkin a veggie... that makes sense, right?
