I'm continuing my detox into the 2nd week. Today was a tough day. I had the energy smoothie for breakfast. I took a fitness class, then I went to the far-infra red sauna. I came home & found a leak under my sink. At that point I was starving! By the time I ate my quinoa salad with toasted almonds, it had been about 7 1/2 hours since I had the smoothie. I wanted to binge on a lot of food but I restrained myself. I'm O.K. now. I just made some blanched kale which I will eat with ground flaxseeds. Dinner will be carrot, beet, cabbage, & watercress juice.
I have a sauna 2x/week & I do self-hypnosis 6 days/week (my meditation).
