If you don’t have time to take a full 5 day detox or go away for a full retreat there are ways to detox your everyday life. There are ways to look after yourself and practice self-love without missing a day of work.
Try to find find time for yourself during your normal day. Being a mother with a full time job, I know it is not so easy. But here is a plan:
On top of that, maybe you can squeeze a weekly yoga class or a run or pilates session in. And in general try to be kinder to yourself. Let go of judgment and expectations. Especially judgment towards yourself and others.
