I'm in day 4 of week 1. I transitioned sucessfuly over the past 3 days, other than having some cacao bits (chocolate not permitted). Today I made the mango smoothie. It calls for 1/4 avocado & 1/2 c. mango for 2 servings. So what do you do with the leftover avocado & mango? I can't bear to waste good food. So I'll have 6 servings of mango smoothie over 3 days (even though a whole mango & avocado should make 8). I mention all this because I have to be careful with portion size.
I also made the striped bass dish which I will eat over 3 days.
I'm eating the recommended snacks. And I'm also including 2 T of ground flaxseeds daily. Healthy & they help with constipation.
