I've been waiting for Jan 4th ever since I first read about the Body & Soul Challenge a month ago. My body has been ready for this for 4 years! I am excited to get going on my new get healthy journey. Getting up and exercising is going to be my biggest challenge, but I bought some rain gear and I am committed to walking everyday rain or shine! Learning to slow down and take time for me to unwind/destress is going to be interesting too. Gonna try out the Sedona Method and see how that does. Giving up sugar sounds like it will be easy, but I know I'll face some challenging times, especially with the kids around! Haven't gone shopping yet, but will work on that on day 3. :)
