I've been waiting for Jan 4th ever since I first read about the Body & Soul Challenge a month ago. My body has been ready for this for 4 years! I am excited to get going on my new get healthy journey. Getting up and exercising is going to be my biggest challenge, but I bought some rain gear and I am committed to walking everyday rain or shine! Learning to slow down and take time for me to unwind/destress is going to be interesting too. Gonna try out the Sedona Method and see how that does. Giving up sugar sounds like it will be easy, but I know I'll face some challenging times, especially with the kids around! Haven't gone shopping yet, but will work on that on day 3. :)

The Sedona Method by Hale Dwoskin. Your Key to Lasting Happiness, Success, Peace and Emotional Well-being. (that's on the book) I read the first couple chapters when I got this a couple years ago. Put it aside and didn't pick it up again. I bought the tapes on ebay and never listened. With 3 kids etc.. it's hard finding time to do all we women need to do for us. This Whole Body Challenge is just what I needed to kick me into gear. I just hope that I will follow through this time around. My body/health really needs me too! Didn't walk today....yet. I suppose I better get out and go!

What's the Sedona Method? I know I've read about it, just jog my memory. I too am challenged by the exercise part. I WANT to walk everyday...
